REGISTRATION
You must include your first and last name, complete mailing address, country, phone number, age and a valid e-mail address. Only one registration per person is allowed. If more than one registration is submitted, the most recent registration will be used. No faxed, mailed, electronically mailed, or phoned in entries will be accepted. By entering the Game, you grant to Bullseye Productions Inc. and it's affiliates the right to use and publish your proper name online and in any other media in connection with the Game Furthermore, by entering the Game, you agree that you may receive e-mail regarding future special events.
CONTEST TERM
Individual contests have unique time frames associated with the awarding of prizes. Entries will be accepted according to individual location specifications found on the specific locations' (city or area, and contest pages) additional terms and conditions page.
PRIZES
Prizes are not transferable, no substitution of prizes is permitted, and no cash substitution of prizes is permitted. Bullseye Productions Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if any prize is unavailable. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.
MEANS OF ENTRY
There is no purchase required to enter. Entries will be accepted through the online entry survey page forms located at www.youcanwin.com.
RESIDENCY
Contest entrants must (unless otherwise stated) live within 120 miles of the hosting affiliates' area of service to be eligible to win prizes from clients hosted on the affiliates' site.
IDENTIFICATION
Photo identification must be presented to redeem any YOUCANWIN.COM prize certificate. Signature and complete mailing address must be included on the redeemed certificate. Unless otherwise stated a valid drivers license should be used as the photo ID.
EXPIRATION
Unless otherwise stated, prize certificates will expire 30 days from the valid date appearing on the certificate.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your name, address,and e-mail address will not be given to any third party, unless you are awarded a certificate. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide BPI and it's affiliates with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. After registering, contestants can participate in the Game. A valid user name and password will be used as an identifier to log in to game play, and to keep track of prizes won.
WINNER DETERMINATION
Entries for each drawing on the site will be accepted as often as once per day. Entering any contest, unless otherwise stated, more than once will increase the players' odds of winning. A computer generated random drawing from the total number of entries from the specified time period will determine prize winners. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail within seven (7) days after the determination date. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting prizes, the winners grant permission to BPI to use their names and/or likenesses for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and agree to execute a written consent. All prizes will be sent to winners via e-mail. In the event that any player wins a total of $600 value of goods and services in a calendar year beginning Jan 1 through Dec 31, he or she must provide social security number and receive a 1099. Winners are responsible for any tax.
ELIGIBLE ENTRIES
Only complete registrations from residents of the U.S will be eligible to win prizes. This Game is void where prohibited by law. A registration is complete only if it includes the following valid and correct information: e-mail address, first and last name, complete mailing address and DOB. All other entries will be ineligible. Persons under the age of 18 as of the date of entry of this Game ("Minors") may not enter the Game. Unless otherwise stated, individual drawings are limited to one winning entry every 365 days.
DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION ON LIABILITY; DISQUALIFICATION.
No responsibility, damage, loss or injury is assumed by Bullseye Productions Inc., or any subsidiary and/or affiliated company of any of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties") for (i) incomplete, late, lost, damaged or misdirected entries, (ii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Game, (iii) any computer malfunction, bug, error or any other technical malfunction and/or problem; or (iv) any use of the prizes. By participating in the Game, player releases and agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in without limitation, claims, costs, injuries and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other BPI reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BPI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
COMMISSIONER'S POWERS
BPI will act as the Commissioner for all contests. The Commissioner will have the power to rule on all aspects of the 2001 contests, including but not limited to infractions of these rules and disputes among players, clients, and affiliates. The decisions of the Commissioner shall be final and irreversible. The Commissioner has the right to make any necessary changes to the game and rules as the contests progress.
RULES
This Game is subject to both these complete Official Rules and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating in this Game, you acknowledge that you have read the rules and agree to abide by their terms and by the decisions of BPI, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Game.
